My 2023 word!
It was NOT ready January 1st. I'm not that woman!
Focus. That's my word. I wasn't organized enough to have “my word” ready to roll January 1st. It took me a beat to find the TIME to think. To get past the Christmas rush and put Christmas away, to finally be able to say, “Okay, what about this new year!”
The key is finding a word that can help make my life better. And it had to be a word I can apply to a variety of areas of my life. For me, focus made the most sense.

Still praying for Damar Hamlin - family members describe some encouraging signs. They ask everyone to keep praying. You likely heard the 24 year old football player collapsed after a tackle and medics did CPR to restart his heart. He’s been in intensive care ever since.
A foundation he’d launched a couple of years ago to raise 2500 dollars for children at Christmas has now turned into the place to support Hamlin. Over six and a half million has been raised as I post this.
